My trip to the newly opened Movie Animations Park Studios (MAPS). Is it really bad as rumoured? Find out. Day 1 Our first stop is at Kampar to visit our relatives. We had their famous Curry Chicken Bread which every travellers to Kampar must try! Well, how does it taste? Read my reviews of this Restoran Jia! After we took a break and checked in to Hotel Excelsior, we went for Soya Beancurd! Initially I wanted to try out another place as I tried Funny Mountain Soya before, but it seems like we are late :( So we went to Funny Mountain Soya Beancurd, click HERE for its review! Moving on we went for our shopping! Of course we had to buy some local snacks back. We went to Sin Eng Heong pastry shop, right opposite Tuck Kee Restaurant! Right after, we saw a lot of people queuing in front of Tuck Kee, so we quickly secure a place there.
While waiting for our food to arrive, I went to buy curry fishball at a small kopitiam opposite Tuck Kee.

Time flies and it's time to return to Malaysia!
So I had gather a collection of Bangkok Must-Eat Street Food. Hold your saliva! >.< Today trip itinerary: Siam Park City Talad Neon Market Asiatique I actually planned to visit SabX2 Wanton Noodle for breakfast. It was raining in the morning and we walk quite a distance to reach there. But it turns out they are closed until 19th!! Hence we found a shade area with various food stall in Pratunam Market for breakfast. We later depart to Siam Park City. It was really a disappointment. The place is old and quite a few games to play with Not as good as advertised. I think I brought it for RM69 on 11street. Including a free buffet lunch. Later on, we went back to hotel and clean up. We proceed to Talad Neon, which is a night market near Pratunam. Opposite of Platinum Fashion Mall. If you think that's our dinner, then you're wrong! The actual dinner just about to start~ A lot of people asking about it, revealing the famous P'Aor Lobster Noodle!! It is located near Pratunam - near but not so near cause we walk a long way inside. This is the BEST TOM YAM I had in Bangkok. Not necessarily have to ordered Lobster Noodle, as their soup base are the same. What difference is their toppings. As this is my first time trying it, why not just give it a shot to try their signature? You can even choose two types of noodle in this bowl, I will definitely visit here again <3 Address: 68/51 Soi Petchburi 5 Petchaburi Road, Thung Phayathai, Ratchathewi Bangkok 10400, Thailand It's time for shopping I guess?
Rated as must- visit place in Bangkok - Asiatique! Shopping may not be as fun as in Pratunam, but it is a more comfortable place to shop if compared- at least it wasn't as pack and hot ! We rode the ferris wheel for 350 baht per person. Tiring yet satisfying. If you are reading my blog and wanna know how I manage my schedule in Bangkok- be aware, it's gonna be super tiring as I'm a shopping queen! And I definitely are into good food, everything worth a try! As I just went for a 4 days 3 night trips ( which is definitely not enough) hence I do had a really packed schedule. And, I am only interested in eat and shop- so you won't find any cultural places review here :P Here's my Day 1 Bangkok Itinerary: 4PM : Check In at Ramada D'ma Bangkok Hotel located at Pratunam. Pratunam is a definitely a shopping heaven- where Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall and lots more shopping area are located. I personally feel that I won't be staying in this hotel for the second time although the environment of the hotel are considered 'still ok'. Furnitures is a bit old, and located quite far away from Pratunam market if you're walking. 4.30PM : Chocolate Ville. Yes, the restaurant that doesn't sell chocolate at all. 1 hour away from the hotel. I would suggest you to visit if you didn't went before. But no point going there again as the food there was not as good. Worth for the beautiful environment (if you're keen in taking nice pictures). 350 baht taxi fares from Pratunam. Sadly it was raining when I were there :( Unable to take pictures in daytime. |
